Strength: Revan is an enigmatic Sith Master and General. A charismatic leader, a pontent leader of the Force, and an unparalleled military tactician, credited with leading the Republic to victory in the Mandalorian Wars. Revan also possesses great skill as a warrior, and is a master of lightsaber combat.
Weakness: While it is unknown if Rvan truly has any weaknesses, it appears that he is a jack of all trades. He did not specialize in one area, and so can be beaten by others who specialize in that specific area. This can also be said about his force alignment as well, he neither a dark jedi completely embracing the power of the darkside, nor was he a jedi embracing the calming nature of the light. He was to spread out for his own good.
Force Powers: Deadly Sight, Force Lightning
History: The exact details of Revan's beginnings are, for the most part, unknown. Whatever the truth of his origins, however, it can be assumed with reasonable certainty that his strong affinity for the force was discovered at a young age. he was taken from what family he was known to have, and he was inducted into the Jedi order soon afterwards.
Initially, Revan's training was undertaken by Jedi Master Kreia on Coruscant. However, after learning as much as he could from Kreia, the ever eager Revan and his friend Malak would seek out new tutalage under Master Zhar Lestin. In time, he would leave Kriea's teaching entire, going on to study under various masters. Eventually, however, he returned to Kreia, when he realized that there was nothing more to be learned from the Jedi, except how one could leave them forever.
At the start of the Mandalorian Wars, the republic petitioned the Jedi Council for aid. However, not willing to charge into war so soon after Exar Kun, the council refused. However, not all jedi were ready to accept this stance of inaction, with revan among their ranks. Since rising to the rank of Jedi Knight, the charasmatic and powerful young man had become a figure of admiration to his peers, and when the devastating details about the Battle of Cathar became widely known, Revan used this to his advantage. In an act of Rebellion, he directly disobeyed the orders of the High Council and sent out a call to arms. Malak was the first to join his closest friend, but soon hundreds of jedi rallied to his cause. They would soon go to many areas with jedi and persuaded many of them to join their cause. Soon, padawans,knights, and even a few masters were rallied under Revan, ready to help out with the war.
The entrance of revan and Malak into the war maked its turning point. Revan's clever military strategies and tactics coupled with Malak's courage and fiery determination saw the pair becoming the foremost heroes of the conflict. Propelled through the ranks of the Republic military, they were eventually given direct control over a third of the republic fleet, a fleet that Revan used to great effect, spearheading the Republic war effort and steadily pushing the Mandalorians back.
Throughout the War, Revan and Malak would liberate countless worlds and nearly destroy the entire Mandalorian army. However, the pair began to take on similiar characteristics to the Mandalorians they were fighting, growing to despise weakness and indecissiveness in all its forms.
Unfortunately for the galaxy, this growing darkness within the did not only stem from the Mandalorian threat. Early on in the war, at some point in 3963 BBY, Revan visited the ancient sith world of Malachor V while scouting new outposts along the embattled outer-rim. On its surface, Revan was assualted by the destructive dark side energies the permeated the planet, yet through the strength of his will alone, he was able to feed on the evil power without being consumed by it. Soon thereafter, Revan would stumble upon the Trayus Academy, an abandoned training center built by the sith faction known as the "True Sith". though it is unknow what had transpired in that ancient sith bastion, it is widely suggested that Revan discovered the continued existence of the "True Sith", long thought vanished, and the threat that they still presented to the galaxy.
Coming to the conclusion that the Republic, as it stood, was ill-equipped to defend the galaxy from such a potent threat, he decided that a new govenment would need to rise in its place,; an empire founded on sith teachings. He would attempt to save the galaxy through conquest.
In that moment, Revan fully abandoned the jedi teachings, becoming the Dark Lord of the Sith. During his studies on Malachor V, Revan uncovered historical traces of the Star Forge. A relic of the Infinite Empire of the Rakata, it was an instrument of the dark side capable of producing massive fleets by harnessing the power of the stars. Revan soon concluded that he had found the means by which he would rapidly conquer the Republic and prepare it for the coming attack of the ancient sith.
Returing to the wars, but keeping his new teachings hidden, Revan forced a final confrontation with the Mandalorians over Malachor V. Planning to unleash the recently constructed Mass Shadow Generator on the planet, it would wipe out the majority of the Mandalorian fleet and those Republic forces and Jedi who weren't fervently loyal to him. Trusting the activation to a capable Jedi General, Revan battled and finally killed Mandalore the Ultimate.
The battled resulted with catastrophic losses on both sides, yet in the end, many jedi were twisted to the dark side and the once proud Mandalorian clans were crippled, just as Revan had intended. After the battle, Revan denied the vanquished their leader's mask, thus denying them their ability to choose a true successor. ordering his forces to strip them of their weapons and armor and to dismantle thier war droids, Revan condemned them to perpetual exile. Such atotal victory over their adversaries, despite the republic losses, revan was hailed as a Saviour.
However, setting out with his knowledge of the star Forge, Revan accompanied by Malak took their fleet from the known galaxy. From there it is known that the stopped on numerous worlds, including Dantooine, Tatooine, Kashyyyk, Maanan, and Koriban, search on each of these worlds for the ancient star maps that would lead them to the Star Forge. Then returning to their fleet with the knowledge of how to find the star Forge, They headed for the previously undiscovered Lehon system.
Constructing a massive fleet to conquer the republic, revan would minimize his exposer to the anient space station, something that Malak just couldn't understand. Once ready, Revan led his powerful new Sith armada back into known space, finally revealing his dark nature, and plunging the galaxy into war once again. The hero had become a conqueror.
